Angel is a fully managed service with a dedicated security team that monitors the vessel 24/7 providing oversight, threat alerting and control of the vessel’s entire network.

Angel is available in two packages – Silver and Gold – on 24-month contracts.

Log monitoring and review: Real-time review and analysis is carried out by security analysts. Critical threats are reported immediately.

Critical operational incidents: Immediate resolution of incidents critical to the operation of the vessel such as blocked traffic, blocked incoming emails or blocked legitimate files.

Operational incidents: Analysis and resolution within 4 hours.

Vulnerability assessments: Bi-annual assessments to identify and classify the security vulnerabilities of the vessel’s networks. Additional assessments can be carried out upon request.

Change requests: 24 change requests to carry out adjustments (such as web filtering, application filtering) per year.

24/7 support: Included either by both phone or email.
