The Infinity4U App is provided by Navarino for use with the Infinity platform and is intended for use as is.

Privacy Policy

We value the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains to existing and potential users of the Infinity4U App what Personal Information is collected about you and the policy regarding the use, storage, processing and disclosure of Personal Information in connection with the Infinity4U app.

By using the Infinity4U App, you agree that your Personal Information will be used, stored, processed and disclosed by us, as per our Privacy Policy.

What Personal Information is collected

By registering, you voluntarily and willingly provide us with certain mandatory information needed for the use of the Infinity4U App. All such information is retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy. It should be noted that we do not use third party services to collect information.

In order to use the Infinity4U App or optionally open an account, your name, username, password are required. Without this minimal amount of information, you cannot use Infinity4U App or open an account for the use of the Infinity4U App.

Should you have any reservation about providing such Personal Information or otherwise used in any manner permitted in this Privacy Policy, you should not open an account for the use of the Infinity4U App.

How we use your Personal Information

Any information you provide at registration may be used by us for the supply of the service through the Infinity4U App, as described in this Privacy Policy.

No other personal information than username and password is stored by the Infinity4U App. All such information is stored on the Infinity platform with which the app interacts. Personal information stored on the Infinity platform is the same as when using the web interface of the Infinity platform for performing the same functions. Personal information stored on the Infinity platform comes in the form of the following Log Data:

• Logs that indicate when the username initiated an Internet connection, along with the network and hardware address of the device and a sum of data transferred.
• Logs that indicate when the username initiated a voice call, along with destination number and call duration.

The above information is visible, by the user concerned, after he/she has authenticated him/herself by providing his/her credentials (username & password).

Other information that traverses the app-to-Infinity channel, like passwords, PIN numbers etc are not recorded.

Cookies

The Infinity4U App does not use “cookies”.

Disclosure to Third Parties – Service Providers

At times we may make certain Personal Information available to strategic partners that work with us. We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service
• To provide the Service on our behalf
• To perform Service-related services or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this app that these third parties may, if necessary, have access to some of your above Personal Information, for the sole reason of performing the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

In addition to the above, we may be ordered to disclose your Personal Information by legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We value the trust of the app users in providing us with Personal Information, thus we are striving to protect it in accordance with established best practices. When your personal data is stored by us, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures.

We do not sell to third parties any information we collect.

You can help ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by logging in to your account at http://infinity:3990. For other personal information we hold, you should refer to the Infinity Unit Owner to request correction or deletion of the data. Such data might be retained, if it is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

The Infinity4U App enables the user to establish an Internet or a voice connection (a Communication Channel). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any services that the user may connect to over these communication channels. Likewise, we assume no responsibility for actions that users of the Infinity4U App may perform while utilizing said communication channels or consequences of such actions.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
